Valentines Gift #2 Beer Bouquet

I saw a couple of versions of these on Pinterest and thought they were  AWESOME and Knew that my Husband would LOVE IT!

How to make a Beer & Scratch card Bouquet.

1. I purchased 4 large bottles of his favourite Beer, (I would have just bought a six pack but they didn't have any outside of the fridge!)

2. I bought five $2 Scratch cards

3. I bought myself some wine (not necessary I just wanted it)

4. I went into good old Family Dollar and Bought a black basket for $1 (I was originally planning on a silver bucket, but there was no time to go on a hunt.)

5. I also purchased a Bag of Swedish Fish because that's a personal thing that we have going on. You could add any candy/chocolate of your S/O's preference.

6. Grabbed some tissue paper and headed on home.

(At home I also had BBQ skewers and a Pint Glass which I used for the Scratch Cards, more on that later, But thought you could also use Fancy straws and maybe a Coffee Tumbler or New Pint Glass instead)

I started by adding a flowery top to the beer bottles.
I cut out flower shapes in the tissue paper, with a hole in the center and slipped three on each bottle.

I then cupped them up and together in my hand to give more of a flower-like feel

Next I set up the basket. I popped so plastic shopping bags in to give it some lift

I lay tissue paper over the top and then set my 4 Beer Bottles in

I placed the Pint Glass in the Middle to hold everything in place and to give me something to stick the lotto tickets into. I filled it with tissue paper but thought later it could have been cute filled with Candy (Sweeties)

For the Scratch Cars I stuck them, simply with tape, on to various sizes of BBQ skewers and pierced them through the tissue paper in the pint glass.

I placed everything in the basket and hey presto I had a Bouquet.

I then added my little bit of cheese with a wee printed heart reading "I Hit the Jackpot, when I got you!"

and stuck it to the front!

Just a super awesome and easy gift which I think many people would love!

Also thought you could very easily make variations of this with wine, bubble bath, massage oils, the ideas could be endless!

Happy Valentines Everyone!
